1 - Where do the colours I choose appear on my rug?

All our standard rugs can be ordered with your choice of available colours in three areas on the rug. To see these areas please see the illustration below. 

2 - Can you tell me all about your delivery times?

Yes! Our rugs and carpets are cut and assembled by hand and to order so we do not offer next day delivery, and we ask that you allow up to 28 days to receive your bespoke rug. However we do hold a number of our most popular rugs and colour combinations in stock which can be dispatched the same day. Contact us for information on our current availability. 

3 - What are your shipping charges?

Our shipping to the UK is £8.95, Europe shipping is £19.95.

4 - Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship to the UK and Europe ONLY. If you are interested in our products outside of these areas please contact us. 

5 - Can you make a rug for my motorhome/ caravan/ car/ man cave?

Yes! We love creating custom rugs for unusual vehicles and spaces. Contact us with your requirements and see if we can create something unique for you. 

6 - Can you put my company logo on my rugs?

Tips for Fitting and Caring for Your Vehicle Mats

1. Before Installation

Unpack your mats and lay them flat before fitting. Allow them time to settle into their natural shape, particularly after transit. For best results, leave them in a warm room for several hours or overnight. If required, place a few light items on the mats to help them flatten more quickly.

2. Fitting Your Mats

Before installing your new mats, thoroughly clean and vacuum your vehicle’s floor area. Removing dirt, dust, moisture and debris will help ensure the mats fit correctly and remain securely in place.

3. Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning will help keep your mats looking their best.

• Vacuum frequently to remove dirt and debris.
• For heavier soiling, use a suitable carpet or upholstery cleaner.
• Allow mats to dry completely before refitting them to your vehicle.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive heat, as this may affect the appearance and fit of the mats.
